14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If any item is not quite what you required, (see below for damaged or faulty), then just notify us by using our 'Contact Us' form within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the item and we can issue you with a Returns Note number.  Please do not return items without first obtaining a returns number as this will prevent a delay in issuing you with a replacement or refund.  Postage costs on the original order will not be refunded.

On receipt of your return request we will issue you a returns note number and you will be responsible for returning the item, at your own cost, in a resalable condition (i.e., in its original undamaged packaging).  We would recommend that you obtain a proof of posting when returning the item as we are unable to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.  For your added security, by sending the item using a tracked service you will be able to follow the parcels progress on the Royal Mail's website.

If an item is received damaged or faulty, then just notify us by email providing photographic evidence of the problem.  We can then mutually decide whether the item needs to be returned, replaced and/or refunded in full including the original postage costs.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or body jewellery) for hygienic reasons.
