Due to the uncertainty of the next few weeks we want to reassure our customers that we will endeavour to fulfil any orders placed, when it is safe to do so. Orders are, under normal circumstances, sent out within 24 hours, however we are very much in the hands of government restrictions and Royal Mail and so this may alter at short notice.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to ongoing coronavirus rules our local post office is working with reduced working hours so that could mean 2nd class parcels may take slightly longer to arrive, please bear this in mind when selecting your choice of postage if the item is required to be received by a certain date especially at busy times, i.e., bank holidays.

All packages will be sent using Royal Mail by the method you select when placing your order. Items will be sent securely packaged, using recycled packaging whenever possible. Our aim is to despatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however this may not always be the case at busier times, so please take this into consideration when selecting first or second class delivery. Should you wish to track the order on the Royal Mail website a signed for delivery would be required.
Should an order get lost in transit then please inform us and we will take it up with Royal Mail. Please note however that Royal Mail's policy is that an item is not classed as 'missing' until 15 working days after posting so please bear this in mind when reporting an undelivered parcel. However, if you require the item urgently and we have another available, we may be able to send out a replacement so please get in touch.
If your purchase is returned to us by the Post Office because you failed to collect it after an attempted delivery, or because the address details were incorrect, we will happily re-post it back to you at your cost. If you decide you no longer require the items then we will be happy to refund you the purchase price only and not the initial postage cost paid.
